Semi-dry type gas treatment system ( Semi Dry Reactor )
- Semi-dry type gas treatment system is to remove HCl and HF, SOx, HCl, HF. By using Haecheon’s unique designed Nozzles, optimized reaction efficiency can be achieved.
- Because dust stickiness doesn’t occur, maintenance is simple.
- Haecheon’s unique nozzle can achieve high efficiency.
- Haecheon’s nozzle is a plate type and spray horizontally from side of de-SOx reactor.
When they spray in reactor, they spray from side of air current.
So, it makes turbulence and form water screen to maximize gas-liquid contact.
Accordingly, reaction efficiency is increased. - Multi spray column can be designed. Max. 90% reaction rate is available.
