SDR + Bag Filter Process

  • In E-Glass furnace, substance of raw materials are sublimated
    and emitted during melting process.
    Because sublimated substances are emitted in gas phase,
    they are not collected but emitted in dust after stack
    We developed process that treat sublimated substances and
    have applied to several E-Glass.
  • Because SDR + ESP +SCR process can be applied to glass furnace that
    high temperature gas exhaust, PCP operation temperature can be kept
    by waste heat boiler installed at pre-step of PCP (pollution control plant).
    Waste heat boiler can be also installed on post-step to recover waste heat.
